  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Networking Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite in Plano, TX (mandatory) Duration: 9 Months+

We're looking for a passionate Sr. QA Engineer to help enhance our leading Network Access Control, Endpoint Compliance, Mobile Control, and Intrusion Prevention solutions. This role involves testing applications on both Windows and Linux systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Test the software suite and third-party devices (network/switch devices, endpoint compliance).
Design and maintain manual and automated test suites.
Analyze and report software defects to improve quality.
Execute end-to-end testing, create technical documents, and translate requirements into test cases.
Collaborate with product and development teams.

What You Bring:
5-7 years of software quality assurance experience in network and endpoint security.
Experience with firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and SIEM solutions.
Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or HPE network devices.
Proficiency in Linux, Python, SQL; knowledge of Java is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, and automation platforms is a plus.

Must have experience
-Understand SSH
-Understand IP addresses, routing
-TCP/IP
-Need to be able to use WireShark, (Debugging IP Packets)
-Need to understand endpoints
-Nice to have: using a switch

Networking Skills:
Understanding of TCP/IP, SSH, and network protocols (DNS, SMTP, SNMP, DHCP).
Familiarity with network equipment configuration (switches, routers).
