Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
We are a well established and growing Environmental Engineering firm and specialize in Environmental Consulting, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Materials Testing and Inspection services to the design and construction community.
Our group is experiencing tremendous growth and we are hiring in multiple locations! Join our team of Consulting Experts in the Building and Envelope/Facilities which encompasses the entire management and technical oversight from the ground to the rooftop! Senior Facilities & Building Envelope Engineer with experience in the building enclosure industry
Senior Consultant will be responsible for technical oversight of building projects.
Experienced in Commercial property projects as a Senior Consultant, Architect or Civil Engineer.
Educational background in architecture, engineering, and/or historic preservation preferred.
Responsibile for identifying and solving constructability, integration, design, troubleshooting, durability, continuity, structural behavior
Consult and review thermal property evaluation, ADA Compliance, sustainability, and maintenance/ operation of building envelopes/roofing systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Registered Roof Consultant (RRC), Registered Waterproofing Consultant (RWC), Registered Roof Observer (RRO), Certified Infrared Thermographer (CIT)
Licensed Engineer or Architect is preferred, but not required.
