In this critical role, you will orchestrate transformative implementations for our customers and their e-commerce experience with us. You will work with several departments, you will allocate assignments, expertly communicate, and ensure everyone colors in the lines.
What You’ll Be Doing

$80 — $90 USD
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join Twist as a Senior E-Commerce Project Manager. In this critical role, you will orchestrate transformative implementations for our customers and their e-commerce experience with us. You will work with several departments, you will allocate assignments, expertly communicate, and ensure everyone colors in the lines.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Run multiple large e-commerce web builds from Discovery to Deployment
- Manage large projects that are 1000 or more hours, involve complex variables or services
- Manage 2-5 client support engagements in addition to project workload
- Provides guidance and mentorship to Project Managers
- Utilize background to recognize internal process improvements or efficiencies to improve delivery on projects
- Implement and maintain resource allocation with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work in San Francisco or have proven success in remote work environment
- One year contract with opportunity to be hired on full time after
- $88/hr
- 5 years managing eCommerce website builds and designs is required
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and big personalities
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and process improvement within a digital organization
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- High EQ and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resourcing
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Experience working with clients
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile-related certification is a plus
