Manage Azure AD environment
- Add, change, or modify user and group accounts
- Add, change, or modify GPO (Desired)
- Add, change, or modify applications within Intune that are managed within Azure
- Create PowerShell script (Desired)
- Managed multiple Outlook address books
- Generate weekly user reports
Build new or rebuild system and join to the domain
- Install or re-install Windows 10/11 on the devices via Autopilot
- Add, change, or modify devices in the inventory worksheets
- Assure applications have loaded on to the device
Managed network devices (Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches, cameras, and Firewall)
- Add, change, or modify Wireless access points and SSID in Meraki
- Add, change, or modify router and switch configuration in Meraki
- Add, change, or modify firewall configurations and rules in Meraki (Desired)
- Managed policies and changes
- Manage internet provider changes
- Manage multiple sites in Meraki
- Generate weekly network reports
Managed help desk tickets
- Manage incidents
- Manage service request
- Generate weekly ticket and service request reports
Troubleshoot issues
- Understand basic troubleshooting methodology
- Internet issues
- Windows issues
- Network issues (Meraki and carrier)
- VOIP issues
5-9 years of hands-on experience in the following skills:
Windows 10 knowledge and support
Azure AD knowledge and support
- Microsoft Entra ID / Intune
- Account setup
- User group management
- GPO management (Desired)
- PowerShell scripting
- IntuneWinApp packaging
- Application configuration/deployment (Chrome, MS Edge, Dropbox sync client, Zoom, FreshService, Zscaler internet Access (ZIA), MS Defender, Remote Desk.me) (Desired)
Microsoft Intune knowledge and support
- Endpoint, application and security policy and profile creation and support
- Autopilot configuration
- Enterprise application creation and support
- Single Sign-on configuration and support
- Endpoint management
- Application management (IntuneWin Apps)
- Conditional access (Desired)
Office 365 Knowledge and support
- Web and desktop application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- MS Team (Group, Pollicies, Voice, Teams Room)
- MS SharePoint/ OneDrive
- MS Exchange
Trend Micro AV knwolede and support
Zscaler Internet access knowledge (ZIA), Digital Experience (ZDX) and support (Desired)
Hardware / desktop build and support
Asset Management (Required)

Basic knowledge of SQL database (Desired)
