Our small but successful team is looking for a Director of Operations (DOO) to join us. Our team is small and close-knit, and we are seeking a DOO to help take us to the next level. The DOO will be responsible for the back end and all administration duties for the three brokers. This is not an assistant position, but someone who will complete our team and be an equal and valued member. We are a unique three-person team, and each broker has their strengths. We use each other's strengths for the benefit of the team and expect our DOO to feel free to do so as well.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete exclusive documents and manage the input of listings.

Prepare comparables and book photographs and floor plans.

Coordinate marketing efforts and acquire all needed materials and information from building management for deals.

Update showing spreadsheets

Assist with board packages.

Contribute to monthly newsletters, Eblasts, and post card mailers.

Create custom marketing campaigns for email blasts

Comparable reports and spreadsheets

CRM organization and upkeep

Business Tracker up keep

Qualifications:

Willing to work in the office a minimum of 3 days a week.

Understanding of the systems used for Compass and advertising.

Preferably someone who loves real estate but doesn't want to be a full-time agent, seeking a consistent salary.

Compensation:

This is a full-time M-F position, 9-5.

Base salary plus the potential to make a percentage of sales/rentals in the future. The better we do as a team, the better our DOO will do.
