Key Responsibilities
- Work in Word and Excel to build reports, track data, and complete markups.
- Process invoices and build purchase orders in automated systems while maintaining positive vendor relationships
- Coordinate and maintain files and records; perform data entry of specific departmental information.
- Gather and maintain information/data to support periodic and special reports for the area of responsibility as advised; make copies and distribute
- Support a team, including our project manager and his team of maintenance and utility technicians by serving as the local authority on corporate policy and software.
- Attend staff, committee, and other professional meetings to exchange information, represent supervisor, or take minutes; transcribe and distribute copies of minutes to appropriate personnel; prioritize and coordinate meetings; and prepare meeting agendas/packages.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- One year of college or specialized vocational training in public administration, accounting, secretarial skills, computer technology, business administration, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Organized approach to tasks with a detailed work style.
- Proficient digital literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excel skills must and any AP experience is highly needed.
