Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
Stay informed about product updates and company policies to better assist customers.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Previous Experience In Customer Service Or Related Field Preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
