The Opportunity:
We are looking for a self-starter and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our recruitment team. In this role, you'll own the candidate management process, contribute to our hiring strategies, and lead initiatives to improve our processes. Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Partnering with the senior recruiter and hiring managers to help build teams and ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on recruiting processes which includes scheduling interviews, organizing candidate travel arrangements, reserving conference rooms, working with administrative assistants, and hosting candidates when they come onsite.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects within the Talent Acquisition Team and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Preferably 2 years of prior experience in a customer facing/administrative role.
- Fluent in English.
- Available immediately for 40 hours.
- No relocation possible.
