$23 - $25 hourly + performance bonus per year
Responsibilities:- Regularly update social media and respond to followers
- Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies
- Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current
- Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
- Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
- Social Media and Digital Presence: Manage and strategically enhance our presence across all major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Develop and implement content strategies that engage our audience and reflect our brand s values.
- Video Content Creation: Produce high-quality video content, utilizing advanced editing tools and techniques to create compelling marketing and promotional materials.
- Email Campaign Management: Design and execute email marketing campaigns that effectively communicate with our client base, promote our services, and maintain engagement. Utilize analytics to optimize campaign performance.
- Client Engagement Initiatives: Assist in planning and organizing client-focused events and campaigns, creating personalized communications without direct interaction to enhance client relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert use of the Google tools suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive) for project management and organization, alongside proficiency in managing CRM systems for campaign and client relationship management.
- 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required
- Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
- Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field
- Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
- Substantial experience in digital marketing and client services, preferably with a background in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Expertise in video production and editing, capable of delivering high-quality content for various marketing channels.
- Extensive experience with social media management across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in video production and editing, with the ability to produce high-quality visual content.
- Strong experience in designing and executing email marketing campaigns, with a deep understanding of email marketing tools and strategies.
- Proficient with Google tools suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
