The Wound Regional Director is responsible for managing the Company’s sales employees and sales activities in the assigned Region according to the strategy set by the Company. The Wound Regional Director reports to the Company’s Vice President of Wound.
Essential Functions
- Capture new accounts and nurture existing business with Regenerative Therapy Specialists (“RTSs”) within a specific territory (“the territory”).
- Supervise, manage and assist the RTSs located in the territory to maximize sales of the Company´s products
- Travel as necessary up 70%
- Forge relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to evangelize Kerecis products
- In coordination with the Executive Vice President of Corporate Sales, set sales targets for individual RTSs and the RTS team located in the Territory as a whole
- Coach, develop and monitor the RTS team's performance and motivating them to reach sales targets
- Compile and analyze sales figures in the Territory, report to EVP Corporate Sales
- Manage direct and develop business with major strategic customer accounts
- Keep up to date with products and competitors
- Solve customer relations issues
- Report on the status of the RTS team to the Executive Vice President of Corporate Sales
- Provide ongoing feedback regarding employee performance and conduct RTS performance reviews annually
- Hire, Train and develop sales personnel
- Prepare quotes, proposals and contracts with the Legal Department
- Maintain all information in Kerecis' CRM system, and insure usage by team
- Produce revenue monthly and rolling 3 month forecasts, monthly, based on CRM data
- Support and work with Company to develop and constantly refine Kerecis' go to market strategy as may from time to time be provided to you by the Company
- Assist with identifying and qualifying potential candidates for future positions in Kerecis
- Advise Company regarding reimbursement issues
- Provide input on product design
- Perform other similar duties identified by Company
- Manage operating budget
- Follow market developments
- Advise on company strategy
- Recommend new corporate processes where needed
- Participate in cross functional teams as necessary
