  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

SRP Partners has an immediate need for Associates to work closely with local governments in North Carolina to help manage the long-term recovery from Hurricane Helene.

This position requires an expert working knowledge of FEMA's Public Assistance Program and the ability to travel regularly to client offices in NC.

Our staff will work side-by-side with local governments to help navigate FEMA's Public Assistance Program and document the costs associated with repairs to infrastructure that was damaged by Hurricane Helene.

Strong preference will be given to residents of Western North Carolina.

Responsibilities

  • Represent local governments in meetings with FEMA
  • Catalogue and document Hurricane Helene-related damages
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and capture action items
  • Work with local government Finance departments to document costs
  • Conduct impact analyses and develop financial reports
  • Lead the development of post-disaster recovery plans

Qualifications

  • Significant (5+ years) of FEMA Public Assistance Program experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and strong writing skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
