The Bar Prep is responsible for supporting the bar department and bar team in advance of the shift. This role involves bar setup, prep & stocking, batching cocktails, preparing juices and garnishes, organizing, maintaining overall cleanliness, and ensuring the efficiency of the bar and surrounding areas.

- Ensure that all proper sanitation practices are enforced when taking care of the bar
- Dispose of trash and bottles according to restaurant procedure
- Bring filled bus bins from behind the bar to the dishwashing area
- Prepare all fruit/garnish for all cocktails on menu
- Restock all inventory: beer, liquor, wine, juices, glassware, etc
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Avid multitasker to adapt to a fast paced, high volume restaurant setting
- Be able to stand, twist, kneel and move around for the entirety of a scheduled shift
- Be able to lift up to 30lbs
- Be comfortable frequently using hands and wrists
- High school graduate or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required
