About the team
Gigs Account Managers partner with our customers and own their growth with Gigs. They're responsible for the entire post-sales lifecycle of a Gigs customer after launch. Through this partnership, clients maximize the value of their investments, leading to project success, customer retention, and growth. Few roles drive such a direct impact on Gigs' growth.
What you'll do
As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our most strategic and valuable customers. You'll be a founder of the Strategic AM role at Gigs and will be at the forefront of building out the role and its supporting processes.

- Manage and grow relationships with Gigs' largest strategic enterprise customers, leading projects, negotiating deals, and driving customer growth initiatives.
- Play a leading role in developing Account Management at Gigs.
- Own and influence strategic discussions with executive stakeholders to impact their priorities and drive the development of solutions that align with both customer objectives and Gigs' product roadmap.
- Scope and deliver complex revenue-driving projects with our partners. Collaborate with our go-to-market and product teams to understand key growth drivers and advocate for customer needs.
- Foster customer value and growth while maintaining a trusted advisor relationship.
- Conduct regular business reviews to align priorities, optimize performance, and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Refine account management processes to drive customer satisfaction and growth.

Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B account management, with a proven track record of significantly growing high-value enterprise customers in SaaS or tech at a AAA tech company.
- Track record of leading technical conversations and persuading others to take action based on requirements and value provided by solutions.
- Able to work with company leaders from multiple functions (e.g., Engineering, Product, and Finance) to lead complex product workshops and develop financial analyses.
- Genuine passion to play a leading role in creating a best in class Account Management organisation.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen. You know how to drive commercial outcomes, track key metrics and develop compelling business cases to support customer growth.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and deeply invested in the success of your accounts.
- Strong operating rigor, including organizational and time management skills.
- Motivation and flexibility to work well in a high-growth environment where things change quickly.
