Who You Are:

You have experience with applying for Medicaid, preferably as a Business Office Manager (BOM) in a Nursing Home setting. You’re a self-starting, consulting, and closing crusader who knows how to win clients and keep them. You love being on the road, connecting with people, and bringing solutions to their doorsteps. You structure each day for success and each relationship with care.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year Medicaid experience required. Past Business Office Manager (BOM) experience in Long Term Care Nursing home preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, case management experience
  • Strong customer service skills: ability to listen and understand needs and communicate effectively with all parties utilizing face to face, telephonic and/or electronic outreach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve goals set by your supervisor.
  • Knowledge and possession of Notary commission. We will pay for you to obtain your notary license.
  • The ability to manage multiple cases at once, requiring excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive materials is imperative.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret company policies and procedures, define problems, identify alternatives, and implement solutions.
  • The accurate and timely preparation of reports as required by your supervisor.
  • Daily, consistent, and positive interaction with clients, facilities, and team members.
  • High school diploma or GED.
