Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional strategies that foster growth, profitability, and market expansion that support our strategic objectives. Drive continuous improvement in construction techniques, technology, and processes.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and career growth. Lead project managers, site superintendents, and construction teams to achieve excellence in all aspects of construction.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and production throughout construction operations. Lead project managers, site superintendents, and construction teams to achieve excellence in all aspects of construction. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet budget, scope, and timeline requirements. Negotiate owner, subcontractor, and supplier contracts and agreements.
  • Manage the regional budget with a focus on revenue forecasting, expense control, and financial performance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on large commercial projects.
  • Ensure a culture of safety on every job site.
  • Proven leadership experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role driving market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Experience managing budgets for multi-million-dollar projects and proficiency using project management tools.
  • Highly entrepreneurial and self motivated with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a diverse team.
  • MBA,PMP, PE, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
