Junior Graphics Designer

We are Looking for:

The Junior-Level Graphic Designer’s primary focus will be to build static and animated branded assets for livestreams, marketing, and monetization efforts using templatized/approved assets. We’re looking for someone with a passion for design and ability to bring a creative, on-trend approach to a multitude of branded projects. This is a fully on-site position on a temporary part-time/ad-hoc basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and execute engaging, impactful and unique design solutions utilizing brand assets and identity guidelines.
• Design, develop and create static and animated 2D images from scratch.
• Create motion graphics, including: lower thirds, locators, composited elements, end tags.
• Utilize graphic layouts and animations for various digital video and social media platforms.
• Work both independently with cross-functional teams, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and videographers, from ideation to execution as needed.
• Articulate creative vision and design rationale to team members.
• Collaborate with project managers to update project status, review edits and/or feedback from the client.
• Ensure all deliverables are of the highest creative standards and adhere to best practices.
• Maintain organized project assets.
• Work under direction from Art Director and Creative Director
• Use Airtable, Figma and Adobe Suite for daily projects
  
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3-5 years related experience in graphic design and animation.
• Expertise in Adobe Suite, Figma, Airtable
• Ability to take direction and apply to execution
• Knowledge or interest in post production and live TV processes and workflows.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of motion/graphic and design best practices for online platforms, including delivery specifications and workflows.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter, strong self initiative.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation range for this position $23-$35/hr.
