TurnPoint Search is partnering with a global financial services firm to hire a Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Founder of the firm. This role requires a detailed, proactive, and focused professional who can partner with one other assistant to provide immaculate support. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling confidential information, interfacing with high profile individuals, and coordinating personal and professional tasks. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing high-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for both business and personal needs.
- Managing expense reports.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Handling confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing communication on behalf of the executive.
- Facilitating communication and follow-up on critical issues.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- 8+ years of administrative experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role supporting a Fortune 500 C-suite executive.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
Position pays a base salary range of $130,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level, along with the potential for a discretionary bonus.
