RealREPP, is a full service recruiting firm, is currently teaming with one of the most active commercial office owner/developers on the West Coast to assist them in hiring for an Executive Assistant to the CEO, located in Los Angeles, Ca. This role will provide core administrative support and serve as the CEO's strategic partner.

Requirements


  • Experience supporting a CEO/ Founder or executives with broad responsibilities is highly preferred.
  • Relevant experience within a fast-paced, growth environment, including technology companies, media, or similar.
  • Self-starter, with the ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
  • Willingness to operate under non-standard working hours.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred


Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact to the CEO including managing responsibilities of a highly confidential or critical nature. Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and recommend the appropriate course of action.
  • Actively own and manage the CEO’s personal and professional calendar
  • Coordinate CEO’s travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Support CEO with special projects and business operations projects.
  • Provide preparation support for strategic meetings.
  • Ensure smooth communication with the executive team and Board.
