  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Jr. Scrum Master

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Location: Des Moines, IA (100% Remote / Hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote)

100% Remote or hybrid is fine for this role

Helping with some of our mature agile teams while our more experienced delivery managers work on some project/delivery work.

Day-to-Day responsibilities:

They will help multiple mature agile teams with facilitating scrum cadence meetings, removing blockers as they arise and helping with documenting the quarterly increment planning.

Technologies or systems will this contingent worker be utilizing? These will be teams that are mostly ‘business’ teams. Can learn the systems as they support the teams – so would like a quick learner. Would be added bonus if have Finance knowledge, accounting, actuarial but not required.

No specific IT application knowledge needed. Would be great if they had JIRA knowledge and well as Microsoft office tools.

What skills are you looking for in the ideal candidate?

Preferred:

1. Agile knowledge including Scrum

2. Informal leadership experience

3. Continuous improvement/experiment/adapt to change quickly

4. Able to remove blockers for the teams

Nice to Have

1. Financial services industry
