THE WORK
Prepares lists of materials, accessories, and parts used in production following engineering and design blueprints. Examines basic ordering materials (BOMs), computes quantity needed, and lists total material requirements including contract numbers within MRP systems.
May be required to submit list to purchasing department for use in preparing purchase orders.
Performs a variety of cross-functional administrative tasks to ensure coordination of material with purchasing, warehouse and executing activity.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule and additional hours as needed.
Interacts with internal customers regarding material planning status.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $45,200 - $86,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
