All Things Go is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Ticketing Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the festival and manage ticket sales, ensuring an exceptional experience for our attendees. Position will be based in-office in either New York or DC.

Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the festival, including digital marketing, SMS, social media, email campaigns, and traditional media.
  • Develop digital advertising budget and strategy with input from key stakeholders.
  • Liaise with third party digital marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with designers to create marketing materials and copy (digital ads) that align with the festival’s brand.
  • Coordinate in-kind partnerships, fostering relationships with local businesses and outlets.
  • Conduct thorough market research and owned data analysis to identify target demographics, audience preferences, and industry trends. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and messaging.
  • Run weekly marketing meeting with key stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., ticket sales, web traffic, social media engagement) to assess campaign effectiveness. Prepare reports for stakeholders to inform decision-making.
  • Assist in the planning of promotional events leading up to the festival to drive ticket sales and engagement.

Ticketing

  • Oversee the ticketing strategy, including pricing, sales targets, and promotions in conjunction with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales metrics and generate reports to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to ticketing, providing support and resolving issues promptly.
  • Run weekly ticketing meeting with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and deliver guest lists for events.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline the ticketing and guest list process at the festival, ensuring efficient entry and minimizing wait times

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, ticket sales and event management - in the music or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms and data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for music and live events.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Hive, Mailchimp, SMS, Adobe.
