About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sharp Head of Growth to lead our marketing and user acquisition efforts. As the Head of Growth at StyleAI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's expansion and scaling our user base. You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, optimizing user acquisition channels, and maximizing customer retention. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced startup and make a significant impact on our growth trajectory.

This role is based in San Francisco. It is a fully in-person position in our office 5 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies focused on user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, emphasizing rigorous quantitative analysis.
  • Analyze complex datasets and user insights to identify high-impact opportunities for optimization and growth, leveraging statistical and numerical methods.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to optimize user experience and product improvements.
  • Track, report, and communicate key performance metrics, providing regular, data-rich updates to the executive team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, business, or a related field with strong quantitative components.
  • Proficient in data analysis, with demonstrated experience using quantitative methods to drive decisions and optimize growth.
  • Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and solving 0-to-1 problems.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is between $140,000 - $220,000. Additionally, this role will participate in our equity plan. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at StyleAI and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors such as scope and responsibilities, the candidate’s experience and qualifications, and onboarding.
