  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret project plans and specifications
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements
  • Utilize construction estimating software such as Bluebeam to create detailed estimates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and clients

Experience
  • Proven experience in construction estimating and cost control
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam or similar estimating software
  • Knowledge of structural and miscellaneous steel
  • Experience with Tekla, Fabtrol software
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles
  • Excellent understanding of project management processes
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
  • Familiarity with contract documents and pricing structures
