Job Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist at Ultra Cryo & Recovery, you will play a pivotal role in building a high-caliber team dedicated to delivering exceptional wellness services. In this part-time, remote role, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent, managing the full hiring process, and ensuring each new team member has a positive and seamless onboarding experience. You will collaborate closely with department leaders to align recruitment efforts with Ultra Cryo & Recovery’s mission and values. Your contributions will support the company’s growth by fostering a skilled, customer-focused team that upholds our commitment to wellness and client satisfaction.
This part-time position offers up to $18.00 per hour with flexible working hours on Eastern Standard Time working Monday - Friday roughly 20-30 hours per week. Applicant must reside in the United States.
Experience in Talent Acquisition: Proven track record in remote talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding, ideally within the wellness or customer service industry. Familiarity with managing multiple roles and hiring in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on creating positive, engaging candidate experiences and building lasting relationships with candidates and team members.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with candidates and stakeholders, effectively aligning hiring processes with Ultra Cryo & Recovery’s culture and values.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines in a remote setting.
Independent and Collaborative Work Style: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Technical Proficiency: Experienced in using remote recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and virtual onboarding tools. Comfortable with digital communication tools and able to adapt quickly to new technologies.
Detail-Oriented and Process-Driven: Highly detail-oriented, with a commitment to refining recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality at every stage.
Adaptability: Demonstrates agility in responding to evolving hiring needs, new processes, and shifting priorities to maintain consistent high-quality results.

- Onboarding Facilitation: Lead a structured remote onboarding process to integrate new hires into the company culture, ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed from day one.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner closely with department leaders to understand role requirements and hiring needs, ensuring every hire contributes positively to team dynamics and business goals.
- Process Optimization: Continuously review and refine recruitment and onboarding workflows, identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and onboarding progress, supporting data-driven decision-making and reporting for management.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Adjust quickly to evolving hiring needs, process updates, and changing priorities to consistently deliver high-quality results.
