Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead full-cycle recruitment for EPS (Technical), GTM (Commercial), and G&A (Non-Technical) roles across the AMS region (Canada, U.S., LATAM). Oversee the hiring process, from job postings to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Work closely with the sourcing team to create and implement tailored acquisition strategies. Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals to connect with top-tier talent across diverse channels.
  • Talent Advisor: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment on recruitment strategies. Deliver quality candidates efficiently and contribute insights on hiring trends and best practices.
  • Exceptional Candidate Experience: Deliver a standout candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and personalized support throughout the recruitment journey, reflecting Flywire’s commitment to excellence.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and sustain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates, supporting both immediate and long-term hiring needs in the AMS region.
  • Talent Brand Champion: Serve as an ambassador for Flywire, promoting our brand, mission, and values to position Flywire as an employer of choice in the AMS market.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on labor market trends, hiring dynamics, and competitor landscapes in the AMS region to continuously refine recruitment strategies.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Utilize SmartRecruiters to manage candidate data and generate regular hiring reports, driving data-informed recruitment decisions and improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate recruitment processes, seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency, improve candidate quality, and reduce time-to-hire.
  • ATS & Reporting: Manage candidate data using SmartRecruiters, and provide regular reports on hiring metrics to improve recruitment decision-making.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to drive efficiency, improve candidate quality, and reduce time-to-hire.

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within Technical, Non Technical, Commercial Recruiting, or consulting in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a focus on the AMS region.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); SmartRecruiters, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Communication: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • AMS Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the AMS labor market, recruitment trends, and cultural nuances across the region.
  • Cultural Savvy: Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment, with an adaptable approach to recruitment strategies across different markets.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects, prioritize competing demands, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to collaborate across global teams and time zones, supporting Flywire’s global hiring initiatives.
