We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable IT Manager to oversee technical support operations, incident response, and security. This manager will work directly on complex technical issues, providing hands-on support both on-site and remotely, while ensuring timely resolution of incidents and security challenges. Responsibilities

  • Manage, Mentor, and support the IT team, fostering skill development and promoting continuous learning through CPE credits.
  • Encourage a positive and approachable team environment.
  • Lead triage, troubleshooting, and remediation of IT incidents and security issues. This includes both on-site and off-site support, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Actively contribute to department operations by managing tickets, participating in projects, and handling ad-hoc requests.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, process improvements, and technical approaches to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
