Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Pile Driver to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing piles, ensuring the structural integrity of foundations for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate pile driving equipment, including hydraulic and diesel hammers, to drive piles into the ground.
• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine pile installation locations and depths.
• Conduct site assessments to ensure proper placement and alignment of piles.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to address any issues during the pile installation process.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Perform routine inspections of piles to check for proper installation and stability.
• Adhere to safety regulations and protocols at all times to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in other construction-related tasks as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pile Driver or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of pile driving techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications in construction or heavy equipment operation are preferred.
