Brief Job Description (essential Functions Of The Job)

Investigate and expedite public inquiry and/or complaints relative to outstanding parking violations, towed or impounded vehicles, ticket payments, and rights of appeal.

Responsibilities

  • Operates CTR terminal and microfiche viewer and completes appropriate departmental forms.
  • Compiles statistics and other material for reports.
  • Maintains files on departmental correspondence and records.
  • Performs related administrative support as required.
  • Performs related work as required.

Minimum Entrance Qualifications

  • Applicants must have two (2) years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, paid office clerical experience.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and focus on detail as required by the job.

Substitution

Successfully completed secretarial and/or clerical courses above High School level for one (1) year of the required experience.
