  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This position will allow you to use your expertise in managing and overseeing various programs which have an agency-wide and government-wide impact. Apply for this exciting opportunity to direct programs that strengthen the Department's ability to perform homeland security. This position starts at a salary of $143,736.00 (GS-15, Step 1) to $186,854.00 (GS-15, Step 10) with promotion potential to $186,854 (GS-15 Step 10).

Typical duties include:
  • Managing and directing all operations and facilities related to programs, policies, and new and continuing initiatives of Office of Field Operations with operational functions that are worldwide
  • Assisting senior leadership by planning, evaluating, integrating and coordinating initiatives within OFO and coordinating staff actions with CBP leadership, special staff, directors, division chiefs, regional directors, and mission support staff
  • Planning for short and long-term operations for OFO with a particular focus on interactions with and support from various Program Office personnel across CBP
  • Serving as second line supervisor and directing subordinate supervisors concerning professional, technical, administrative, or comparable work and exercises full range of delegated personnel management for subordinate responsibilities for personnel
  • Establishing overall OFO managerial and administrative objectives, developing long-range plans and identifying required resources in order to promote an efficient, economical and progressive organization
