  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

If you desire to be an integral part of a leading organization in the commercial construction space, we are looking for a conscientious, relationship-building, results-oriented Quality Superintendent for our Multi-Family Construction Team.

About The Role

Inspects, guides activities, and delivers solutions on commercial construction sites to ensure the highest quality for exterior construction is being provided to our customers.

What you"ll do
  • Ensure overall Quality Control of projects, from the Takeoffs and Plans/Specifications, guaranteeing they are being followed precisely
  • Confirm the crew size for each project is appropriate
  • On-site review of assigned projects and troubleshoots issues as needed
  • Reviews material deliveries for all projects, and ensures inventory of materials received at the project site is on time, accurate, and has sufficient quantities.
  • Participate in pre-construction meetings as needed
  • Communicate with customers regarding quality metrics
  • Coordinates Final Inspections with Customer/Manufacturer and Project Superintendent/s
  • Assist Estimating on an as-needed basis

Qualifications
  • Three or more years of Project Management and/or Field Operations experience in the commercial construction industry
  • Experience and knowledge of a wide range of commercial construction processes, methods, and evaluations
  • Effective Communication (both written and verbal)
  • Quality Management Supervisor experience preferred
  • Detail Oriented and Customer Focused
  • Read and understand specifications and blueprints.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • This position requires a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
  • Spanish-speaking capability is a plus.
