What You'll Do

As our go-to travel and event guru, you'll be responsible for:

  • Planning and coordinating company travel like a pro, from booking domestic and international flights to arranging hotel stays, transportation, and creating detailed itineraries.
  • Keeping travel expenses in check with monthly reporting and expense management.
  • Managing the logistics of company meetings and training sessions-everything from selecting menus to handling catering and beverage needs.
  • Orchestrating all aspects of company events, including choosing top-notch venues, managing vendors, and overseeing event design, transportation, and logistics.
  • Negotiating rates and contracts with airlines, hotels, and event venues like a seasoned dealmaker.
  • Ensuring our travel processes align with our business goals and making recommendations for improvements along the way.
  • Collaborating with teams to brainstorm event themes, agendas, and securing dynamic speakers to deliver unforgettable experiences.
  • Handling travel-related challenges (flight delays, cancellations, and more) with ease and a cool head to ensure our events go off without a hitch.
  • Staying on top of travel trends and keeping our costs optimized.
  • Communicating effectively with Front Desk and Event teams to ensure everyone is prepared and every detail is handled.
