Program Evaluation Manager (Subject Matter Expert)

Location: National Capital Region (NCR), Reston, VA, or any IC Government-cleared facility

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: The Program Evaluation Manager will oversee project operations to ensure that production schedules are met, resources are effectively utilized, and proper relationships are established between customers and project teams. The role includes managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification/mitigation on various projects, and coordinating resolutions to production-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle program evaluation and performance management, from initial planning through resourcing and enablement.
  • Lead program evaluation planning, continuous evaluation preparation, and stakeholder analysis.
  • Support governance functions, planning reviews, and the preparation and maintenance of program-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with DIA and Intelligence Community stakeholders, DI Senior Leadership, and IC partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business management, solution development, or program management within a defense or intelligence environment.
  • Advanced training in Program Management (e.g., DAWIA, PMI), Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, SAFe), and Change Management (e.g., CCMP, Prosci).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees are preferred.
  • Must hold as TS clearance and be eligible for SCI security clearance.

Candidates must complete the Predictive Index Assessments.
