Policy Action Officer

Key Role:

Provide oversight, management, and support to a broad spectrum of complex programs. Provide analytical support for the planning, directing, and coordinating for the development of policies related to operational support and international partnerships and support issues that require short notice information and decision support requirements for senior leaders. Gather, synthesize, review, and prepare background, information, and read ahead materials for issues and engagements regarding intelligence and intelligence related policy, program, and activity support to operational support and international partnerships. Support the development, review, and revision of strategy and policy direction for the coordination, assessment, reporting, and conduct of operational support and international partnerships.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in working with Operational Support and International Partnerships
  • 7+ years of experience with analyzing the development of policy and providing recommendations
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree


Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with operational support and international partnerships supporting headquarters or above levels


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
