About The Position
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven SDR Manager with a proven track record in managing and coaching SDR teams within the B2B SaaS security industry. As Blink SDR Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our sales success by leading and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives, optimizing our outbound lead generation strategy and motion, driving pipeline growth, and ensuring the team meets its goals. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of SDRs while collaborating closely with the sales team to align outreach efforts.

About The Position
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven SDR Manager with a proven track record in managing and coaching SDR teams within the B2B SaaS security industry. As Blink SDR Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our sales success by leading and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives, optimizing our outbound lead generation strategy and motion, driving pipeline growth, and ensuring the team meets its goals. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of SDRs while collaborating closely with the sales team to align outreach efforts.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed team quotas for lead generation and booking qualified meetings.
- Develop, implement, and refine the SDR strategy, playbooks, and processes, aligning them with overall GTM goals to ensure alignment and define target markets, ideal customer profiles, and effective outreach.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the SDR team, ensuring timely follow-ups, quality outreach, and consistent messaging.
- Review and refine scripts, email templates, and outbound outreach strategies regularly to stay current with industry trends and evolving customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing coaching and feedback to optimize individual and team performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to optimize lead handoff processes and ensure a smooth transition from SDR to sales.
- Hire, onboard, and train new SDRs, ensuring they have the tools and support to succeed.
- 2+ years of experience managing an SDR team, ideally within a B2B SaaS company, with a focus on the cybersecurity space (must).
- Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), with a proven track record of success in outbound and cold-calling motions.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with a focus on coaching and performance improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., MixMax, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, Chorus, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret sales metrics and KPIs to drive team success.
- A deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry, its challenges, and buyer personas (CISO, CIO, Security Architects, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
