Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to lead our mobile technology distribution strategy. This executive role will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and securing distribution agreements with mobile technology vendors that have strong market demand across industries including transportation, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, government, and education. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory by creating and executing go-to-market strategies that maximize the revenue potential of each partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partner Acquisition: Identify and evaluate potential mobile technology vendors that align with 3Eye Technologies' growth strategy and market focus. Lead negotiations and secure distribution agreements with vendors that have strong market demand.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs within target sectors such as transportation & logistics, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, utilities, healthcare, government, and education.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for each partnership, including launch plans, marketing initiatives, and sales enablement activities to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure successful execution of agreements and ongoing alignment of strategic objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Set clear KPIs and manage the growth and revenue path for each partnership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Independent Operations: Operate with a high degree of autonomy while ensuring strategic alignment with 3Eye Technologies' overall business goals. Regularly report to the CEO and leadership team on progress, challenges, and insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, product management, and operations to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to partnerships.
  • Industry Networking: Represent 3Eye Technologies at industry events and conferences to strengthen the company's market presence and identify new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or similar roles within mobile technology, IT distribution, or tech sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of mobile technology markets and trends within industries like transportation, manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and government.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
