Position Overview:
The Senior Manager – Risk & Compliance will play a key role in overseeing and enhancing the company's risk management framework.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of risk and compliance within the recruitment sector, as well as the strategic mindset to support the business’s growth while maintaining strong governance and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to identify potential clients within Risk & Compliance industries.
- Develop and implement a business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas for new business development. Provide accurate forecasts and reporting on business development activities to senior management.
Key Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in risk and compliance management within the staffing and recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas, revenue targets, and business development goals consistently.
- Proficient in managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring steady growth in business opportunities.
- Ability to assess industry trends and understand client needs, allowing for the development of tailored business development strategies and solutions.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth, market penetration, and competitive advantage.
- Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to attract clients and fill tough-to-staff positions.
