What You'll be Doing:

  • Perform accurate and timely testing of routine lab samples in compliance with GMP and safety protocols.
  • Assist with HPLC analysis of materials, ensuring reliable and precise results.
  • Support the preparation, processing, and characterization of samples for research and development activities.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory instruments for sample characterization, ensuring efficient and accurate data collection.
  • Contribute to the qualification of new active ingredients and raw materials, including assisting with shelf-life extension studies for existing products.
  • Adhere to established laboratory safety standards, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Communicate data, findings, and recommendations effectively to team members and cross-functional stakeholders.

The Skills You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a research or manufacturing/engineering laboratory environment.
  • Experience with laboratory equipment and techniques, such as HPLC, sample preparation, and characterization methods.
  • Familiarity with formulation design or development is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow protocols and guidelines precisely.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
