  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Position Summary:

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing in-depth financial analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning within our organization. This role involves working with cross-functional teams, preparing detailed financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has a strong background in data analysis within the insurance or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and insights for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments to provide accurate insights into the financial status of the company.
  • Conduct variance analysis to understand deviations and improve financial performance.
  • Assist in financial audits and forensic accounting processes as needed.
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and interpret data for business analysis.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to optimize profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, auditing, or forensic accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools) and Word.
  • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
