  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description

Work directly with Stafford MSD students in secondary/college preparatory tutorial settings and assist them in the core subject areas of Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the Tutoring Program Director to encourage success with program Tutees
  • Assist students with acquisition of student success skills (study skills, learning strategies, etc.)
  • Create and manage a positive learning environment for students
  • Act in a professional manner at all times
  • Manage and maintain tutoring schedule responsibly
  • Appropriate and timely communication with all designated personnel i.e. Director, tutees, and other tutors
  • Complete all paperwork in a timely manner
  • Meet and interact regularly with Tutoring Program Director to discuss student progress and future tutorial plans
  • Attend all trainings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience

No tutoring experience required but preferred

Qualifications
  • 60+ hours of college credit
