**VP of Enterprise Software Sales**

This multibillion-dollar, North American-based company is looking to expand its business into China. They specialize in enterprise software sales and are looking for their first VP of Sales in China. As the VP of Enterprise Software Sales, you will lead the company’s go-to-market strategy for revenue generation and new partner acquisition, specifically focusing on China-based manufacturers. This role involves enhancing the e-commerce presence of manufacturers, requiring a strong sales leader with at least 4 years of experience with enterprise-level software sales. This is a full-time role based in China or Hong Kong.

Total Compensation: 400k+ USD & stock

Responsibilities:

  • Support the global sales team in securing partnerships with Chinese manufacturers
  • Collaborate with the global team to educate potential clients about the company’s unique approach
  • Foster a culture of solution-based selling, prioritizing value-driven outcomes over features and functions
  • Oversee and lead marketing and business development, managing two direct reports
  • Act as a strong brand advocate, working closely with marketing to enhance brand awareness and explore lead generation opportunities
  • Oversee the sales team’s activities, ensuring the effective use of Salesforce and strategic sales methodologies
  • Evaluate account assignments and territory management to optimize results.
  • Implement a structured prospecting process
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts
  • Keep track of regional competitors and share insights with global marketing and product teams

Requirements:

  • Strong track record in enterprise-level software sales
  • At least 6 years of sales experience
  • Familiarity with the Chinese market
  • Strong marketing instincts, with an ability to identify and drive new business opportunities
  • Hands-on and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
