Vice President Operational Excellence

The TRG Growth Practice has recently been engaged by one of our top manufacturing clients to help on-board a Executive Level Vice President of Enterprise Excellence to help them with an aggressive growth strategy they are currently underway with. This role will physically sit in the Midwest & Travel – leading and owning their Enterprise Wide Lean Management Program. Publicly traded, $1B+.

This “Executive Leader” to join their corporate team and continue to help the business expand & drive operational efficiencies – enterprise wide. This role will have the ability to own process, people & results - creating & influencing at a very high level.

Working broadly in a number of functional areas, including: Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain and more. The ideal candidate should have the ability to drive change across an organization - working at a high level to identify process gaps across the business.

Ideally this role will lead into Platform Leadership / P&L Responsibility next.

Desired Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)

· 10+ years working with Continuous Improvement / Process Excellence Initiatives

· P&L Experience and/or Commercial Excellence Experience preferred

· Ability to Travel is a must – Midwest Based
