This role is pivotal in providing front-desk reception support and comprehensive administrative assistance. The successful candidate will engage in event coordination, phone and calendar management, meeting setup, and direct interaction with lawyers.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing reception duties, including welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls.
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, including calendar management.

Requirements:
