This role is pivotal in providing front-desk reception support and comprehensive administrative assistance. The successful candidate will engage in event coordination, phone and calendar management, meeting setup, and direct interaction with lawyers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing reception duties, including welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls.
- Assisting with event planning and coordination.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, including calendar management.
- Providing administrative support to lawyers, including document preparation and correspondence.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintaining organization of the reception area and conference rooms.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience in a law firm environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
