We are seeking a Junior Investment Analyst/Portfolio Trader who is detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized to support our investment and trading teams. The successful candidate will assist our senior staff in managing our client portfolios, supporting analysts with meeting preparation, updating systems to track client communications and activity. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of client portfolios.
- Support senior traders in executing trades and ensuring trade accuracy and compliance.
Communicate with clients and update on trades and account reviews.
- Collaborate with team members to implement investment strategies.
- Maintain organized records of trading activities, research, and client portfolios.
- Provide administrative support for the portfolio management process, including the reconciliation of accounts and generation of trade documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and team dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and relevant software applications or ability to learn these quickly.
- Knowledge of trading platforms and market regulations.
