Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst Intern to join our team. As a Data Analyst Intern, you will work closely with our data team to gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning and organizing data, conducting statistical analyses, and creating visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and preprocess data for analysis.
• Perform data analysis using statistical techniques.
• Interpret data and analyze results using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, etc.
• Create clear and informative graphs, charts, and other visualizations.
• Prepare and present reports on findings to team members and management.
• Assist in identifying trends and patterns in complex datasets.
• Collaborate with team members on data-driven projects and initiatives.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or coursework experience in data analysis.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

We will consider candidates in our Princeton, NJ, Philadelphia, PA or New York City, NY offices. The salary range posted below applies to the Company’s NYC location. The base range for this internship will be $22 - $24 per hour. The hourly estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for candidates hired in this position in NYC. Factors that may be used to determine your actual rate will include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.
