As an Executive Director, you're the leader and face of the branch, spearheading sales, business development, and networking efforts. You'll also onboard new Clients, providing outstanding customer service and careful documentation.

- Spearhead the ongoing growth, expansion, and development of the branch

- Analyze operational trends and reports within and with competitors
- Oversee the branch operations
- Maintain a business development and public relations database of phone calls, walk-ins, referral sources, and inquiries, obtaining personal, clinical, and financial information necessary for intaking new Clients
- Hold direct reports on your team accountable for their KPIs and areas of responsibility
- Provide careful coordination of Client case management needs with team of providers
- Develop and update comprehensive and customized Service Plans for each Client
- Exceptional sales, relationship management, customer service, and business development skills
