Hybrid Role in Lake Mills, WI (3 days a week in-office)
Are you an engineer with a knack for precision and technical savvy? Join our Sales Team as an Estimator / Quoting Engineer, where you ll own the estimation process for new parts and drive timely, accurate quotes to keep us on point with customer needs.
In this essential role, you ll bring analytical insight and a sharp eye for detail to help optimize processes and launch new parts with reliability and efficiency.

What You Bring:
- 5+ years in a machine shop or manufacturing setting
- 2+ years in part estimation (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in engineering drawings, GD&T, and tooling practices
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field (preferred)
- Valid Driver s License
Your Key Contributions:
- Lead quoting efforts for technical inquiries
- Review capabilities and prints with Sales, Engineering, and Quality teams
- Estimate processes and timelines for machining, cleaning, and assembly
- Ensure 48-hour turnaround for quotes with +/- 10% accuracy
- Act as primary technical contact for customers and suppliers
- Streamline part handoff to engineering for efficient new part launches
