  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Here is the Role Description for the Delivery Lead role.

Program Description:

As part of Business Integrated Operating Systems (BIOS) initiative, we aim to simply core global business processes and update Oracle ERP system to cloud-based Oracle solution. This transition will also bring a suite of new operational applications which would be seamlessly integrated with Oracle Cloud solution. The requirement from the consultant is to join as leader supporting ongoing and future Deployments of BIOS solution, with responsibilities as included in the Responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Own and drive end to end delivery of Large-Scale Integrated Business Solution Implementations (Including Oracle Cloud and all other boundary applications) from a DT Standpoint.

Partner and proactively collaborate with DT Enterprise Product, Platform, PMO, EDO, Architecture, DevOps and Solution Engineering teams to deliver standardized, efficient and long-term sustainable solutions for the organization.

Partner and closely collaborate with Business Process and Product Owners to maximize business value creation as part of Solution Delivery.

Closely manage Implementation Partner/Other Vendor engagements and track resource utilization.

Drive, track, and report progress in all phases of implementations.

Assist with Roadmap strategy, planning, and execution.

Monitor successful delivery of key processes, technologies and implementation milestones across all tracks and locations.

Assist with managing financial budgeting and forecasting of the DT related activities for Cloud ERP implementations. Submitting EPR's and reviewing forecast and budgets. Adherence to the planned financials and actual spend.

Assist DT Leadership and the Implementation partner to develop the appropriate staffing model for the cloud ERP implementation.

Drive and align Instance Strategy for Cloud ERP and other platforms for assigned initiatives.

Drive impact analysis of Quarterly Releases to the Cloud ERP implementation.

Assist with effective utilization and administration of Oracle ACE and Lighthouse programs.

Assist with Implementation Standards and Documentation.
