Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN is looking for exceptional, patient focused Cardiology Scheduling Coordinators to join our Heart Center and make a difference for our patients and our community. This position is located at our new Specialty Center in Woodbury, MN.
The Cardiology Scheduling Coordinator provides exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and employees. This position schedules appointments, verifies insurance, checks in patients for appointments, and manages patient reception.
Work Schedule: Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
Required Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in a direct customer/patient service position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of a formal training program in medical reception or customer service or equivalent.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with an electronic medical record system, preferably Epic.
