Job Posting: Quality Assurance Lead
Octagos Health is a dynamic and rapidly growing healthcare technology company dedicated to improving patient outcomes through AI-driven solutions. We re seeking a Quality Assurance Lead who is ready to work with new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that s always pushing boundaries. They will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the product at every stage of development.
Key Responsibilities:
Testing: Review and test the software throughout development, from the initial design to the final release. Identify and fix bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies to enhance user satisfaction.
Planning: Create test plans to guide development and QA. Work to automate testing where possible.
Improving the Product: Maintain product quality while identifying areas for improvement in the user experience, such as streamlining workflows and improving navigation, as well as suggesting improvements for software performance.
Documenting: Document software defects using a bug tracking system and report defects to software developers.
Security: Ensure software security and safeguard the product.
Test Data and Environment Management: Prepare test data and configure testing environments as needed for automation.
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field
At least 5 years of experience in software testing with a proven track record in software development and performance testing.
Extensive experience with QA techniques and methodologies; developing test strategy and plans.
Must have testing experience with SaaS.
Programming Languages: Java or C# (Required)
Automation Tools: Selenium (Required)
Performance Testing Tools: JMeter, LoadRunner
Master s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
Professional certification in Quality Assurance
