Our company is an innovative start-up specializing in business coaching for High Net Worth Individuals. We are on a mission to empower HNWIs through personalized coaching, masterminds, and tailored strategies for managing wealth. As we expand, we are looking for a skilled Project Manager to help build the company from the ground up, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless client experience.

Role Purpose

We are seeking to contract a dynamic and highly organized Product Owner for a period of 6 months (with an opportunity to continue on with the company thereafter). In this role, you will work closely with leadership to develop, implement, and optimize our coaching programs and business operations pre-launch.

You ll be responsible for driving key projects, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication across all functions. Your ability to oversee complex projects, from inception to execution, will be critical in helping our clients and the company scale successfully.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, define timelines, assign responsibilities, and manage resources to ensure timely and efficient completion of all coaching program initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing Oversight: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute strategies for digital marketing, including SEO, email campaigns, and social media, that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Operational Efficiency: Design and implement scalable processes to support the day-to-day operations of the coaching programs, ensuring alignment with the company s growth goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise between leadership, coaches, and clients, to ensure that all project objectives are clear, and timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and report on project budgets, ensuring all resources are utilized effectively and within scope.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project milestones, client satisfaction, and key metrics to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement
  • Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality checks throughout project phases to ensure high standards of delivery.

    Organizational Effectiveness:
  • Team Coordination Ensure cross-functional collaboration among sales, marketing, operations, and coaching teams to deliver a unified and efficient client experience.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess current workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks, especially in a start-up environment where agility is key.

    Digital Marketing Focus:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and oversee campaigns that target potential clients and work closely with marketing to optimize funnel conversion rates.
  • Analytics: Analyze and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and reporting dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate on content creation strategies that align with the brand s message and business goals, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
          Preferred Skills and Qualifications
          • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a start-up, coaching, or digital business environment.
          • Strong understanding of project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
          • Proven experience with digital marketing and leading online campaigns.
          • Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
          • Experience with budget management and financial tracking for projects.
          • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to completion.
          • Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or similar).
          • Familiarity with online coaching or digital product delivery.
          • Experience working in a start-up environment, managing growth phases.
          • Knowledge of CRM and digital tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Zoom.
          • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management software.
          • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
          • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
          • Proactive problem-solver with a results-driven mindset.

          Compensation Details
          • THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION
          • $45,000 paid in biweekly installments, to complete the project in 6-months
